No. Minnesota is a direct access state, which means you can begin physical therapy without a physician referral. This allows you to start care immediately. If your condition requires medical collaboration, we will coordinate directly with the appropriate provider.

We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide uninterrupted, one-on-one care without insurance limitations. We can provide a detailed superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and we accept HSA and FSA payments.

Initial evaluations and follow-up sessions are priced transparently and reflect the time, expertise, and individualized care you receive. Because we operate outside of insurance restrictions, you receive a full 60-minute session every visit. Please contact us directly for current rates and package option

We require at least 24 hoursβ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. This policy allows us to protect dedicated one-on-one time for all athletes.

We maintain strong professional relationships with physicians who work with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Our goal is seamless communication and coordinated care.
